1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "Visitor") and Hub Vertex Core Co., Ltd. ("Hub Vertex Core", "we", "our", or "us"), a company established under the laws of Thailand, governing your access to and use of our website located at hubvertexcore.click and enrollment in our technical analysis educational workshops, chart clinics, and private mentoring sessions.

By browsing our site, submitting an inquiry, or registering for any training program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Educational Services

Hub Vertex Core is an educational academy dedicated exclusively to technical market chart analysis, volatility reading methodology, and risk management modeling.

All workshops, lectures, chart replay sessions, written articles, calculation templates, and diagnostic mentor commentary are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.

Hub Vertex Core does not provide individualized financial advice, investment management, broker-dealer services, or guaranteed trading signals. Financial market trading carries substantial risk of capital loss. Past historical chart performance discussed in our classes is illustrative and does not guarantee future results.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course syllabi, lecture slides, proprietary ATR workbooks, chart replay materials, graphics, text, and educational methodologies created by Hub Vertex Core remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hub Vertex Core Co., Ltd.

Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for their own educational study. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, re-broadcast, or commercially exploit any course materials without our express written consent.

4. Enrollment, Fees, and Rescheduling

Tuition fees for our courses and clinics are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are due prior to the commencement of training to confirm seat reservation.

Due to strictly capped cohort sizes (max 12 students per flagship lab), seat reservations are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling rules detailed in our Refund Policy.

5. Code of Conduct & Studio Regulations

Students attending our Chiang Mai studio or participating in virtual cohort channels agree to maintain professional decorum, respect fellow participants and instructors, and refrain from disruptive behavior or unauthorized recording of classroom sessions. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund in cases of egregious misconduct.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hub Vertex Core Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of capital, trading losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising out of your application of technical analysis concepts taught in our courses.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
